Prior to submission of a consumer application by any dealer to Octane Lending, Inc.’s (Octane) dealer platform, all applicants are required to sign a paper credit application authorizing a credit pull and stating that the information provided is correct to the best of the applicant’s knowledge. Dealers are prohibited from referring to the SafeRate offer as “firm offer of credit”. A firm offer of credit is provided when contracts are generated and applicants are still subject to full credit approval, underwriting and confirmation that stipulations confirm what was originally entered in the customer’s application. Prior to extending a firm offer of credit, a full credit report from one or more consumer reporting agencies will be requested prior to contract generation, which is considered a hard credit pull and may affect the applicant’s credit. Offers not valid for units used for commercial or business purposes. Offers effective on eligible and qualified units purchased from a participating dealer. Offers valid in the U.S. only (Excluding AK, HI & Wash. D.C.). Other financing offers are available. Offers void where prohibited. OFFERS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Prior to utilizing Roadrunner Financial (RF) as a lender or taking part in the Octane Prequal program, all dealerships are subject to underwriting approval by RF & Octane, in their sole discretion. No loans will be funded without a signed Dealer Agreement between the dealership and RF. No dealer will be granted access to the Octane Prequal program without a signed Customer Prequalification Service Agreement (and any required addendums) between the dealership and Octane.
