The portfolio of whole loans was newly originated by Octane\u2019s in-house lender, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/roadrunnerfinancial.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roadrunner Financial<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ae<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Inc., and will be serviced by Octane\u2019s in-house loan servicer, Roadrunner Account Services, LLC. Guggenheim Securities, LLC acted as sole structuring advisor and arranger on behalf of Octane.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With this transaction, Octane continues to diversify its large existing base of capital providers. This is the company\u2019s fourth whole loan sale to-date and its first with an insurer.
