Yieldstreet received financing from J.P. Morgan to facilitate the transaction.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The portfolio of whole loans was newly originated by Octane\u2019s in-house lender, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/roadrunnerfinancial.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roadrunner Financial<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ae<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Inc., and will be serviced by Octane\u2019s in-house loan servicer, Roadrunner Account Services, LLC.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is Octane\u2019s third whole loan sale to Yieldstreet. In late 2023 and early 2024, Octane sold a total of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/octane.co\/o\/yieldstreet-and-octane-partner-on-innovative-transaction\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$280 million of fixed-rate powersports loans<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to Yieldstreet via two transactions, the first of which was Octane\u2019s first whole loan sale and Yieldstreet\u2019s inaugural private credit facility.
