Octane\u2019s in-house loan servicer, Roadrunner Account Services, LLC, will service the loans.<\/p><p>The transaction \u2013 Octane\u2019s fourth forward-flow agreement to date \u2013 brings the Company\u2019s total value of forward-flow commitments signed in the past year to more than $2 billion.
