Guggenheim Securities, LLC acted as sole structuring advisor and arranger on the transaction.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through this one-year agreement, Nuveen has agreed to purchase up to $350 million of fixed-rate installment powersports and outdoor power equipment loans originated by Octane\u2019s in-house lender, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/roadrunnerfinancial.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roadrunner Financial<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Inc. Octane\u2019s in-house loan servicer, Roadrunner Account Services, LLC, will service the loans.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The transaction, Octane\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/octane.co\/o\/press-octane-closes-300-million-forward-flow-deal-with-moore-capital-management\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fifth forward-flow agreement to date<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, brings the total value of the Company\u2019s forward-flow commitments to more than $2.2 billion.
